Tucked at the base of Mill Valley’s rolling hills, Nourish at Harbor Point is an elegant restaurant whose waterfront setting is in perfect harmony with its natural, health-conscious cuisine. Located in a glass-and-wood clubhouse, the venue sits at the edge of a lagoon in a quiet unhurried corner of the bay, where sea birds from a nearby preserve loll offshore and there are few reminders of city life.
The main room is intimate and relaxed, yet feels spacious, thanks to an open-beamed ceiling and floor-to-ceiling windows. There’s an expansive bayview panorama, and if you prefer to do your viewing outside, slip out onto one of the wide decks surrounding the building. For those evenings when it can get chilly on the bay, there are two large fireplaces—one in the main room and the other in a smaller adjoining room, an ideal spot in which to set up a buffet.
While the congenial facility is certainly a favorite locale for wedding receptions, it has witnessed all sorts of special occasions—anniversary parties, bar and bat mitzvahs, memorial services and fundraisers, to name a few. You can also hold an intimate wedding ceremony in one section of the main room, and still have space to wine and dine your guests in the other.
Nourish’s culinary team uses only local sustainable foods in customized menus, which range from gourmet vegetarian fare to American classic dishes. Another plus: Their in-house Event Coordinator will help you plan the details of your celebration while working within your budget.
