For unforgettable outdoor wedding ceremonies you can choose from a number of breathtaking locations that include: The Stratford Garden Stage, the Gazebo and Gazebo Lawn, or Fountain Pond and Arbor. For indoor and outdoor ceremony and reception sites, the Garden Patio and Room, Stratford Garden Stage, and the Livermore Pavilion are available and offer great flexibility and beautiful settings for your special event.
- Venue Rental Fee (Saturday peak season): $3000 The Garden Room for up to 65 guests indoors and 150 guests on outdoor garden patio / $4000 Livermore Pavilion for up to 225 guests indoors or for up to 300 guests outdoors in combination with the Stratford Stage Gardens; Gazebo: $1,500 and Fountain Pond: $750. A Buyout Wedding at $7,000 will guarantee exclusivity to the entire center.
- Rental Fee Includes: 6-hour rental period (2.5 hours for set up, a 5-hour event and 1.5 hour for clean-up), events must conclude by 10PM. Parking in the main lot. Also included in the price is the following equipment: 3- Hanging outdoor heaters under front awning, 5-Disc Stereo System, including microphone. Video Screen, 60” (5’) Round Tables (seats 8 -10 Guests), 48” (4’) Round Tables (seats 6-8 Guests), 6’ Banquet Tables (seats 6-8 Guests), 8’ Banquet Tables (seats 8-10 Guests), Kiosk Tables (42”high-stand-up), Chiavari Chairs (Color: Mahogany w/black cushions), White Folding Chairs, and Bridal Dressing Room
