- Venue Rental Fee (Saturday peak season): $10,000 8-hr rental for up to 100 guests / 10,750 9-hr rental for up to 100 guests (includes rehearsal prior to event and ceremony)
- Rental Fee Includes: 8 or 9 hours of continuous use (2 hours prior to event for vendors to setup and 1 hour after the event for vendors to break down), 18′x18′ dance floor, 200 white plastic folding chairs, 20 60″ round tables (seats 10 each) drilled for umbrellas, 10 6ft buffet (seats 8 each), 10 8ft buffet (seats 10 each), 1 48″ rolling cake table, 150 small glass votive cup candle holders (client to supply candles)
