- Venue Rental Fee (Saturday peak season): $10,000 – $12,500
- Rental Fee Includes: Exclusive use the property for your event. Event spaces include gardens with infinity pool at view’s edge, two courtyards with fountains, mini redwood amphitheater, and full size bocce court with view. The Villa’s two great rooms and view facing decks are optional. Guest house on property accommdates up to 4 and is in addition to site fee.
