We feature two large banquet rooms with mahagony wood work and polished chandeliers that contribute to the classic look and feel of The Historic Del Monte Building. Once inside, you are immediately transported to a setting that is rich in tradition and yet contemporary in servicing your needs. We offer a variety of catering and bar packages. We can provide everything for you so that you can be a guest at your own event – while accepting the compliments for a beautiful occasion!
- Venue Rental Fee (Saturday peak season): $1000 AM or $1500 PM The Del Monte Room accommodates 150 guests / $2000 AM or $2500 PM The Grand Ballroom accommodates 300 guests
- Rental Fee Includes: 5 hours of event time plus set up and breakdown time, Champagne or Apple Cider Toast, A wide variety of standard linens to choose from, 3 votive candles and mirror for every guest table, International Cheese display, Waiter Passed Hors D’eouvres, Guidance in selecting vendors from our preferred vendor list, Assistance in menu selection, Final meeting to confirm all details including: Menu, Timeline & room layout.
