Once the family home of one of San Francisco’s original captains of industry, the Flood offers a number of exquisitely crafted rooms for your use. From the Grand Hall to the Cortile to the Little Theatre, the Mansion has been home to both magnificent sit-down suppers and intimate wedding ceremonies. The Belvedere stands to the rear of the Grand Hall, with windows that look out on the Bay. The rooms of the Flood Mansion feature hand-carved woods and intricate pieces sculpted from Italian and Spanish marble. There are 11,000 square feet available for your rental in the Flood Mansion, which should accommodate your event and guests comfortably.

- Rental Fee Includes: all reasonable janitorial costs, usual School designated interior House Manager and exterior security guards on the day of the event, the use, if desired, of the Baby Grand Piano
