Experience Quail Meadows, an exceptionally intimate setting tucked among rolling hills complete with a glistening lake and picturesque barn.
Inspired by our location in the heart of Carmel Valley’s organic farms and sunny vineyards, our menu is a celebration of local bounty from the fields next door to the fish within our coastal waters.
Quail Lodge & Golf Club can accommodate small intimate groups to large gatherings up to 200. The outdoor Meadows Ceremony Site can handle over 300.
- Venue Rental Fee (Saturday peak season): $3,000 – $6,000
- Rental Fee Includes: Use of room for five hours. Set-up and break-down of tables and standard chairs. White or Ivory Linen. China, glassware and silverware. Four votive candles per table. Dance Floor Set-Up (up to 21′ x 21′). Riser or Staging. Umbrellas and heaters (as needed).
Ceremony Site Fee includes: Set-up and break-down of chairs, use of the barn, water station and an on-site ceremony coordinator. - Catering: In-House/Exclusive Caterer
- Capacity for a Seated Dinner: Up to 220 (without a dance floor)
