Pacific Oaks Vineyard is a privately owned beautifully landscaped ridge-top Estate on seven secluded acres, yet only three miles from Aptos Village along the Northern California Central Coast. The working vineyard overlooks Monterey Bay, with the property enjoying spectacular 360-degree views of the San Cruz Mountain Redwoods, majestic Oak Groves and the Pacific Ocean on the southern exposure. This natural environment, embraced by Mountain and Ocean Vistas, is filled with a warm Provincial Spirit. The grounds are surrounded by an outstanding perennial garden with a spacious 5,500 sq. ft. lawn accommodating up to 200 guests.
The Valley View Deck adjoining the Pool House captures the essence and amazing views of the Santa Cruz Mountains; a wonderful space for your guests to gather and enjoy refreshments.
- Venue Rental Fee (Saturday peak season): $4,600.00 for 100 guests; $15.00 for each guest over 100
- Rental Fee Includes: Exclusive use of property. Dance Floor is provided. The Bride and her attendants will enjoy a lovely Private Suite with an enclosed Sun Porch overlooking the Vineyard and Monterey Bay, a charming covered porch will guide the bridal party to the Ceremony Garden.
