This property is a great location for intimate weddings of 50 people or less.
- Venue Rental Fee (Saturday peak season): $1750 a night with 2 night minimum for just the main house or $1990 a night also with a 2 night minimum for the main house and also the detached studio + $400 mandatory cleaning fee and $2500 refundable security deposit to hold dates. $2500 event fee to host a wedding or small event at the property (50 people max).
