Wedding ceremonies bloom out on Sunset Meadow, a pristine expanse of grass framed by hillsides cloaked in manzanita, live oak and towering madrone. Hawks soar into the valley’s updrafts, while quail and rabbit dart among the foliage. After the ceremony, follow the sweet scent of lavender fields to Sunrise Garden. Sip your champagne beneath a shady trellis laden with jasmine, or from the broad decks that seem to float into the breathtaking mountain scenery. The Garden adjoins spacious Chaparral Lodge, an indoor option for ceremonies, receptions, and dancing. The Lodge feels at once upscale and countrified, with exposed wooden beams, hardwood floors, a cozy fireplace, and a grand piano.
When you host a wedding at Mayacamas Ranch, all the guest rooms are reserved for two nights, so family and fiends have time to experience Mayacamas’ hospitality.

- Venue Rental Fee (Saturday peak season): $9950 / A 2 night guarantee buyout of the 23 guest cottages and bungalows are required. The total guest room fees are $5,950 per night for all 23 rooms, and your guests may reserve directly with the Ranch.
- Rental Fee Includes: 20 6-foot Rectangular Banquet Tables (seats 6 per table). 60 Colorfully Painted Mission Style wooden and wicker chairs. 100 Service of rustic cream china, silverware and glassware. Teak Deck Furniture, including chairs, lounges, benches, & tables. Market umbrellas throughout the property. Outdoor Heat Lamps on Sunrise Deck. Grand piano in Chaparral Lodge. Vintage Leather and Wicker Lounge Furniture. Ranch amenities include a swimming pool and hot tub spa with of the mountains, two small lakes, numerous hiking trails, a Bocce court, two Lodges (both with wood-burning fireplace), Sunrise Deck, Sunset Meadow, Wilderness Meadow, and Sunrise Gardens. Guest accommodations include luxury-style bungalows outfitted with plush organic bedding, private baths and sweeping views. Some rooms include sitting rooms and private terraces. Daily breakfast is included and lunch may be arranged for Ranch guests for an additional $15-$30 per person, per day. You may also host your Rehearsal or Welcome Dinner, Farewell Brunch, or any other event during your stay with no additional site rental fees.
