Private Equestrian Estate Nestled in Nicasio Valley
Kilham Farm is a privately owned 63 acre farm situated in picturesque Nicasio Valley just 30 miles north of San Francisco and a close drive to wine country. Our property boasts rolling hills, flat pastures, a stream, pond, 2 horse barns, and an indoor arena that can become a party space for you and 2500 of your closest guests. We are also a working world class equestrian training center and house some of the countries champion hunter and jumper horses.
There’s usually a lazy breeze blowing through the trees creating a laid back atmosphere that you and your guests will want to savor. Puffy clouds scattered throughout the giant sky overhead contrasted with the green rolling hills make for a dreamy backdrop for any event. Our mature trees, beautiful landscaping and majestic horses make for the most picturesque place to hold your event.

- Venue Rental Fee (Saturday Peak Season): PM weddings only $10,000 site fee
- Rental Fee Includes: Ceremony site on grass (In pasture field with built in stairs, arbor for flowers and wine barrels flanking each side)
Several areas to choose for reception (outdoor and partial indoor options, fully covered indoor area is an option for up to 2,500 guests for an additional charge)
Use of the entire ranch, we never hold more than one event at a time
Rehearsal time the week before the wedding (date and time must be approved by KFE)
Use of the farm for an engagement photo session (date and time must be approved by KFE)
Adobe barn and courtyard with fountain for cocktail hour
