- Venue Rental Fee (Saturday peak season): $8000 with two-night property buyout (29 rooms)
- Rental Fee Includes: Exclusive use of the Inn and grounds from Friday 3:00pm arrival to Sunday 11:00am departure. Event coordination and staffing services. Folding chairs for ceremony and mahogany wood chairs for dining. Kenwood’s dining tables, Kenwood’s white china, flatware. Outdoor patio heaters. Gourmet three course breakfast in the morning for your overnight guests. Client rents specialty items and supplemental lighting if desired. Venue is outdoors and accommodates up to 100 guests.
