For groups of up to 150 guests, one of our most popular menu choices is Personal Preference Dining, which allows your guests to select their own entrees at the time of your event. - Venue Rental Fee (Saturday peak season): Wedding Ceremony: Lakeside Cottage Green – $4,000 for a 1-hour rental, Hyatt Beach – $5,000 (after 6PM) / Wedding Reception: Lakeside Ballroom – $24,000 combined Food, Beverage, and Facility Minimum (capacity of 160 for plated wedding dinner and 130 for buffet wedding dinner)
** Please note our Reception minimums can be reduced if you are flexible to non-peak months such as May, June, September, October.** - Rental Fee Includes: 6-Hour Event Time, 72′ Banquet Rounds and Banquet Chairs, Linen / Napkins, China, Glassware and Silverware, Dance Floor (indoor only), Additional Tables (ex. Cake Table, Place card Table, Gift Table, etc.) Ceremony costs include sole use of the space for indicated time, white wooden chairs, and secures an indoor back-up location.
