Authentic Spanish Style
An Authentic Spanish style mansion, the Hacienda de las Flores sits on land that was once the hunting ground for Miwok Indians. The historic Town-owned structure is painted white with blue trim, and is surrounded by beautifully maintained park grounds. Inside the Hacienda, hardwood floors, beamed ceilings, a fire place and red leather furniture create a warm and inviting setting. Outdoors, a large lawn spreads out behind the building, enhanced by blue spruce trees, weeping willows, palms and flowers. A circular flower bed and fountain in the middle of the patio serve as the focal point for large parties or wedding receptions.

- Venue Rental Fee (Saturday peak season): For Moraga Residents: $1900 Hacienda / $1700 Pavilion / $2600 Both Facilities / For Non-Residents: $3250 Hacienda / $3100 Pavilion / $4150 Both Facilities
- Rental Fee Includes: 8 consecutive hours of choice on Saturday/ Sunday between 9:00 a.m. – 10:00 p.m. Friday rentals are 2:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m. Only one wedding or special event per day is scheduled at the Hacienda or Pavilion, excluding Fridays. Chosen hours include set-up; catering staff has one additional hour to clean. Bottom floor, patio, and lawn of area rented, free parking, consultation meeting with Recreation Coordinator, a scheduled ceremony rehearsal, tables and chairs that are set up before the event begins, and heavy cleaning following the event. Six large market umbrellas are included April through October at the Hacienda patio only.
