Guglielmo Winery – a third generation, family owned winery produces a wide variety of award-winning varietals from more than 100 acres of Santa Clara Valley estate vineyards, as well as from other premium winegrowing regions within California.
Your DREAM wedding begins here in our Villa Emile Event Center, with the charm of Tuscany along with the magic of vines and grapes. Celebrate under the stars on our expansive lawn area or, for smaller weddings, in the historical, quaint charm of our indoor Heritage Room. Villa Emile’s now offers Complete, All Inclusive, Wedding Packages, with the pricing based on 100, 150, 200 and 250 guests. For larger weddings (up to 450 guests), OUTDOOR season runs from the first weekend in May through the second weekend of October; with our INDOOR season available year ‘round in our indoor Historical Heritage Room, for the smaller (up to 70 guests) size weddings. General Info
- Venue Rental Fee (Saturday peak season): $4500 for up to 100 guests, full use of outdoor event area / $1500 Outdoor Ceremony Only
- Rental Fee Includes: Facility rental for 8 hours – which includes 2 hours for set-up, 5 hours event time and 1 hour for clean-up/breakdown. Use of entire Villa, including granite-topped wine bar, vintage cobblestone courtyard, covered stage and large dance floor. Food preparation area, refrigeration and tables for caterer. Bride and Groom dressing rooms. Use of our 60” round tables (up to 10 people per table) with white umbrellas, table linen (color selection available). Use of our 6’ and/or 8’ long tables with table linen (color selection available). White folding chairs. Use of One 20 x 20 and/or One 10 x 10 canopy. Wine glasses, pilsner glasses, and champagne flutes for alcohol. Complimentary bottle of Guglielmo champagne. On-site Event Center Coordinator. Event coordination by appointment. Professional bartenders. Wine selection consultation. Coordination of wedding rehearsal, if applicable.
