This historic landmark is located on Grand Island Road off Delta Highway 160, a scenic 30-minute drive from Sacramento; 15-minute drive from Elk Grove and a 45-minute drive from Walnut Creek and Concord.
- Venue Rental Fee (Saturday peak season): $1250 11AM – 4PM or $2500 6PM – 11PM (minimum of 100 adults) / $3000 Marquee Tent (minimum of 150 adults) / $750 Wedding Ceremony Site
- Rental Fee Includes: facility rental of the first and second levels for 5 hours, fully set dining tables with china, glassware, silverware, white linens, set-up and clean-up, Mansion event coordinator and full service staff, complimentary parking / Ceremony fee includes: mansion event coordinator, rehearsal time, bride and groom dressing rooms, set up and breakdown of garden chairs
