- Venue Rental Fee (Saturday peak season): $10,000 / $6,000 Monday – Thursday / $8,000 Friday or Sunday
- Rental Fee Includes: One hour for guest seating & ceremony. Five hours for reception. Tables, chairs, linens & napkins, glassware, silverware & plates. Service staff & bartenders. Cake cutting & service. Dance floor. Market umbrellas & outdoor heat lamps.
- Catering: In-House/Exclusive Caterer
- Capacity for a Seated Dinner: Up to 200 during summer / Up to 100 during winter months
