- Venue Rental Fee (Saturday peak season): $3,000 for The Meadows ceremony location, The Fireside Terrace, and The Ritz-Carlton Ballroom and Terrace for up to 300 people. $2,000 for The Woods ceremony location, The Fireside Terrace, and The Pines Ballroom and Terrace for up to 130 people. $2000 for winter weddings on The Fireside Terrace and The Pines Ballroom for up to 150 people.
