Raw, Open, Light-Filled Studio
The Laurent Studio is an incredible open art studio with over 13,000 sq. ft. of exhibition space and is now available as a private event venue. The studio is comprised of two galleries. Gallery I and II can be rented as one large event space and/ or separately. The studio is available for rentals Monday through Friday after 4:00 PM (exception can be made on a case by case basis) and all day Saturday and Sunday.
General Info
- Venue Rental Fee (Saturday peak season): $4500 Gallery II (for up to 125 seated guests), $6500 Gallery I (for up to 250 seated guests)
- Rental Fee Includes: 10 hours of rental (inclusive of event time, set up & break down), onsite venue manager for duration of event and full janitorial service.
- Catering: Choose from List or Bring Your Own
- Capacity for a Seated Dinner: Up to 375
