Our Grand Ballroom is located on our third floor, featuring it’s own separate foyer and outside terrace. With the Grand Ballroom, along with our other intimate function spaces, Omni San Francisco Hotel is the ideal backdrop for your special day.
Our Union Square Room features grand arched window, this picturesque space has the views, energy, and flavor of its namesake, without the noise, hustle or crowds. Guests watch upon the historic California Cable Car Line passing below, while natural light adds, warmth and sparkle to any ceremony, dinner or reception.

- Venue Rental Fee (Saturday peak season): There is no room rental for the Grand Ballroom, however, there is a Food & Beverage minimum of $15,000.00, exclusive of service charge and gratuity. There is no rental for the Union Square Room either, however, there is a Food & Beverage minimum of $7,000.00, exclusive of service charge and gratuity
- Rental Fee Includes: Complimentary suite for the bride and groom on their wedding night, appropriate tables, chairs, china, silverware and glassware, floor-length table cloths with buttercup or ivory damask overlays for dinner tables, ivory chair covers, standard centerpieces to include votive candles, mirrors and bud vases, dance floor, DJ tables, and staging for live bands, display tables for cake, gift, and place cards, pre and on-site event management, preferred rates for for overnight accommodations for your guests
